Mark Langevin launched his career in 1986, back when “Fiber Optics” were little more than buzzwords for the future of telecommunications. Mark learned the ins and outs of the industry from the ground up, taking his first position as a fiber splicing apprentice. After 14 years of hard work and advancement, Mark recognized the industry’s need for a company that could provide full-service fiber optic cable solutions on a cost-effective, rapid turnaround basis. In August of 2000, this vision gave birth to Phoenix Communications. Mark recognized that quality and responsiveness are the keys to maintaining solid customer relationships. He has instilled that customer-centric philosophy throughout the organization. Today, Phoenix has grown to be the largest fiber optic cable provider in New England, with a reputation that has cultivated strong working relationships with many telecommunications giants.
